Nawruz Celebration

The
Nawruz event on March 22, 2015 is the first event of Afghan Society of Halifax to be open to the public in Halifax. Afghan Society of Halifax will be honored to show the public their cultural performance from dancing, live music to singing. Also giving the public the chance to try the Afghani food.

These events continue to grow exponentially and we anticipate attendee number to exceed 200 guests in the year 2015 at Nowruz event itself. We are proud to have sold out for the first consecutive year.
